For the Room Booking system users will log in by going to the SGW Room Booking URL https://stgeorgesweybridge.roombookingsystem.co.uk/
Enter your full SGW email address as your username and follow the login authentication using your SGW password and MS Office verification.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is important to remember that any rooms allocated/reserved by the Academic timetabling within SIMS will not show for those timeslots as being available and CANNOT be booked.
If there is a justifiable and agreed reason for a booking under these circumstances, then a booking still cannot be made until the room is released by the Cover Management and the revised SIMS booking details updated and synced.
