If a student has a laptop as a provision, and needs to see on this device what is displayed on the large screen or projector display, a teacher can use Teams for this.
The student opens Teams on the laptop or MacBook.
On your Surface Pro or Desktop Computer in the teaching room, open a Teams chat with the student. Click in the chat box to make the Screen Sharing option appear.
Select the window that is displaying content on the large screen or projector. Here it's a PowerPoint Slide Show.
The student will see up close on his or her device what is showing on the large display. Don't forget to close sharing when finished.
