Welcome to our support

We use an email filter system to protect against spam, phishing and malicious emails being delivered to your inbox. While this does an excellent job of protecting us all, some legitimate emails are caught in quarantine.

How to release quarantined emails.

Browse to https://spam.stgeorgesweybridge.com and enter your email address:

And usual password if prompted:

On the Quarantine tab, there is a list of emails that the system decides are spam:

Click on the Green Email icon to view the message:

Please note: only click on the orange pointers to release the message if you are sure the email is not spam, or malicious, and from a known sender. If in doubt, check with the Service Desk.

The email will then be delivered to your inbox. You might also need to check the Junk/Spam folder in Outlook.

Also note: there is no way to delete emails. If you suspect an email is spam, or malicious, and not from a known sender, just ignore it. The email will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
