Welcome to our support

We use an email filter system to protect against spam, phishing and malicious emails being delivered to your inbox. While this does an excellent job of protecting us all, some legitimate emails do get quarantined. Follow these instructions to setup daily email notifications of quarantined emails.

Browse to https://spam.stgeorgesweybridge.com/

And enter your email address:

And usual password if prompted:

Go to the User Settings tab:

And click on the Pencil icon to edit your settings. Then tick the Quarantine Report box, and set the scheduled delivery times. We suggest the default time settings, but you can set your own:

Click on Save and then log off. You will now receive email notifications of quarantined emails. When these arrive in your inbox, you can decide whether to release a quarantined email or ignore it.

Please note: only release an email if you are sure the email is not spam, or malicious, and from a known sender. If in doubt, check with the Service Desk that the email is safe.

Also note: there is no way to delete quarantined emails. If you suspect an email is spam, or malicious, and not from a known sender, just ignore it. The email will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
