Welcome to our support

To present a smart and professional approach, all staff must use the same email signature format.

Creating an email signature:

1. Create a new email message.

2. On the Message tab, in the Include group, choose Signature > Signatures.

3. Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type ‘Sig1’ to name your signature.

4. Under Edit signature, copy/type the relevant staff signature, and then choose OK.

Setting a Default Signature

The default signature setting is individual to each PC.

We have applied a computer policy to set your default signature automatically based on the signature name. Please ensure the signature you wish to set as your default is named “Sig1” and the PC will apply it for you automatically.
