If you are unable to print, please try this fix:
- Check you have a network connection – open a webpage in Edge for example.
- Hold down the Windows Key and press the R key.
- Enter your username and password if prompted and tick the Remember Credentials box.
- You should now be able to send documents to print.
If you are unable to connect to the old Shared Directories (S: Drive), try restarting and logging back in using your username and password, rather than Face ID or a PIN.
