Welcome to our support

We have a new Cloud Print System (uniFLOW Online). This is brand new so please bear with us till we get this all up and running.

Note that if you have sent work to print on the old system, print jobs will not show on the new system. Also, Cost Centres are work in progress by Canon.

All computers should now have the uniFLOW Cloud Print driver installed. And all Canon print/copiers are connected to the Cloud (except the one in the JS Nursery).

Log in to your computer. If you see this window, click on the Remember my identity provider choice, then click on Continue with St George's Weybridge. You will need to do this once only on the same computer. (If you have not already registered, an email will now be sent with a PIN. When you swipe your ID Card on a printer/copier enter your PIN to associate your card. Again, you need to do this only for the first time.)

(If this window does not pop up, click on the Windows key and start typing uniFLOW SmartClient and click on the app when it appears.)

A web page should appear showing registration was successful:

You now have the Cloud Print driver installed and can use that to print from Word, Excel, Edge, or a PDF for example. This driver is Double Sided and Monochrome by default. Change the options as usual before you send to print.

From Word:

From Acrobat Reader:

To set up and manage your Cloud Print account, and print from home (print jobs are stored for 1 week) log in to https://stgeorgesweybridge.uk.uniflowonline.com/ and click on Continue with St George's Weybridge:

If prompted, sign in using your email address and usual password.

To print from home, or as a workaround if the Cloud Print driver is not working, you will need to have a downloaded file of the work you want to print if printing an email attachment, or you can select any file from your File Explorer.

On the uniFLOW web page, click on the Start printing option and either click and drag files into the Send file via drag and drop box, or browse to your files to send to print:

Then go to a Canon printer/copier that has been migrated to the Cloud, swipe your ID card (and log in using the PIN sent by email if not yet associated). Now you can copy, scan to your own email adress or print.

There is a new Options button when you print from a printer/copier. In here you can select single-sided or colour (this might currently show colour as automatic).

Also from this web page, if you go to the Dashboard, you can see the list of your print jobs and Hand Over to someone else to print for you.

On the Dashboard, under Identities, you can show your PIN if needed:

Further updates to come.

Any problems please let us know.
