External callers will dial the reception number (01932839300 -College, 01932839400 - Junior School) and the call will be transferred to you.
Can I get a direct number?
We have limited direct numbers, please discuss with your line manager. Once it's approved by your line manager please raise a ticket.
Line managers, please note, once the limited direct numbers are used there will be a cost for getting new ones; please only agree if you feel there is a strong business case.

No, only departmental accounts have a handset.

Yes, please pick one from the IT office.
How can I call my colleagues if I don't have a phone licence?
Please use Teams to make internal calls (in the same way we have been using Teams).
How can I call reception?
You can either call the staff member you wish to talk to or call SGJ Reception/ SGC Reception on Teams.
Are there extension numbers to call?
No, there are no extension numbers any more.
